I fell in love with the feeling of being on stage and how it made me feel knowing all my hard work had paid off. I ended up placing first in both the novice class and class B as well as winning the Spotlight Award for best presentation/confidence on stage. I can not explain how happy I was to win this award as I personally didn't feel that confident (from being so nervous). It was personally a real life dream come true as I never thought this would be the end result.
