NOTE: If you do not know what shows you want to do, THAT IS OK! Send them your payment and application back. You can email the IFBB Pro League anytime and request a show contract .  If you listed a show on your form and they send you the contract for it and you decide not to compete, THAT IS OK! As long as you do not sign the contract and send it back, you are not registered to compete at the show.  If you want to take the year off from competing, you do not have to purchase a membership.  Lastly, sit down with your coach and make a game plan of shows you want to compete in! If your ultimate goal is to be on the Olympia stage, make sure you are aware of the point system for your category. You may be required to accumulate points to qualify and/or win a specific show in order to be qualified!
