The goal of using nutrients for the common cold is to help strengthen the immune

Remain as active as possible and keep your body moving. Remaining sedentary will
probably make you feel worse and doesn’t support your body in the healing process
– moving around helps to loosen built-up mucus and fluids. Moderate exercises
should make you feel better; HOWEVER, be a good judge of your symptoms and
make the call if you should go to the gym during the early stages when the virus is
most active and easy to pass on. Try to keep active in your own home and be
considerate of fellow gym-goers that are trying to keep healthy and avoid sickness.
Be respectful and wipe down machines and equipment after use if you decide you’re
okay to make it to the gym.
Stay Strong and Healthy this winter!
