Are you a student or do you work?
I work full time as a hairstylist.
What got you interested in compet-

it to the next level. I saw other girls
in my gym prepping for shows and it
inspired me to get into the sport and
push myself to reach that level as well.

competed in?
Two shows! My first show was the
Fouad Abiad Natural Championships
2018 in Windsor, ON and my second
was Natural Pro Qualifier 2018 in
Toronto.
What show were you awarded the
Spotlight Award?
2018 Natural Pro Qualifier in Toronto.
How would you like to inspire others
in the fitness industry?
I want to inspire other young women
to see that strong is beautiful and
always focus on improving yourself,
not to compare yourself to anyone but
yourself, because in this sport it’s you
vs you!
What is you favorite workout
routine?
Hip thrust & squats are my go to!
Do you compete for fun or are you
working towards the Pro Card?
When I started it was just something
I wanted to do for fun but now that
I’ve competed the fire is lit and a Pro
Card is definitely something I could
see myself working towards!
