CANADIAN PHYSIQUE ALLIANCE DECEMBER ISSUE | Page 16

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lee-Anne Bell. In July, she was diagnosed with cancer and passed away on November 9, 2018 at the age of 55. Fitness and competing were her passion. Lee-Anne began competing with the OPA/CPA in 2013 and has competed in Bikini, Figure, Women’s Physique, and Mixed Pairs categories. This year Lee-Anne competed at the Sudbury Classic Championships in May in Women’s Physique Masters and Mixed Pairs with her fiancé, Rick. Members of Lee-Anne’s family also compete-- her fiancé, Rick McCutcheon in Bodybuilding and her daughter Dana in Bikini.  Lee-Anne loved life...and loved to laugh. Her daughters and 5 grandchildren were the light of her life and Rick was her soul mate. She was a Registered Nurse...completed her Masters...became a Nurse Practitioner. We wish to express our deepest sympathies to Rick, Lee- Anne’s daughters and grandchildren. One of Lee-Anne’s favourite sayings --“Live by the Sun. Love by the Moon”. Prior to learning, she was gravely ill, Lee-Anne’s and Rick’s dream came true when they purchased a diner - Ricky- Lee’s Da Bomb Diner in Sudbury. https://www.facebook.com/Ricky-Lees-Da-Bomb-Diner- 984995771673119/
