Balancing a work / family / promoting
lifestyle is no easy task ; however ,
the LeBlanc ’ s manage to pull it off .
While Jean has since retired from
the Government of Canada with
35 - years of service in 2014 , Heather
still works a 40 - hour week at
Transport Canada with 22 years of
service . With Heather working full -
time with the government and
Jean retired , they still manage to
send out emails / texts to athletes &
sponsors daily , update 4 show
websites with show information
yearly , have become their own
publicists , and posting daily on
social media platforms
( announcements & information ).
This is all while planning and
executing every new show
production annually , it ’ s A LOT of
work for what they get paid . That ’ s
called passion for promotion , not a
passion for profit .
Being persistent and determined
to keep their shows at the highest
regard , they never slow down and
are already planning the 2020
Gladiator Bodybuilding Invitational
Showdown to be held at the
Atlantic Classic Championships .
How often do you see a show
planning 2 years before the event ?
The LeBlanc ’ s are imaginative and
always thinking of ways to help the
sport evolve . They are always
confident in knowing what they
are capable of accomplishing .
Further , they brainstorm ideas on
how to make the shows thrive by
turning those ideas into something
even better .
