Since joining the Canadian Physique
Alliance ( CPA ) in 2017 , the CPA has
allowed their promotions to become
regional qualifiers . This allows
athletes to qualify for the National
Pro - Qualifier Stage with the
opportunity of winning their IFBB
Pro Cards . Having the opportunity to
join the CPA has been “ a reward ” for
the LeBlanc ’ s . Their goal and mission
as promoters of the CPA is to fulfill
their promise to keep competing
athletes on the same path they were
on before the separation from the
IFBB Amateur League . What made
this decision easy for them was the
incredible support from athletes As promoters , Jean and Heather
locally following the direction that have always encouraged
the LeBlanc ’ s felt was the best path athletes to compete in regional
moving forward . It was clear to the local shows . What better way to
promoters that the athletes , trainers , showcase their hard work than
sponsors , and judges involved locally in their own hometowns in front
in Atlantic Canada were very much of friends and family . The
engaged and interested in following LeBlanc ’ s ( J & H Promotions ) have
the athlete ’ s hopes and dreams of come a long way from where it
being awarded their ultimate and all began as the shows have
authentic IFBB Pro Card . now evolved into some of the
best and most exciting
productions in Canada .
