Freak Fitness is an online coaching company
that specializes in training physique
competitors. Along with their team of coaches,
owners IFBB Pro Christina Mehling and her
husband Darren Mehling, help their clients
across locally and internationally achieve their
personal best on stage in various federations.
In December 2016, Christina and Darren made a
special announcement to their clients and
business partners. It was declared that starting
in the 2017 competition, for every IFBB Pro Card
qualification that any Freak Fitness client earns,
Christina and Darren would donate $1000 on
behalf of each champion to the Children’s Wish
Foundation. In 2017, $4000 was donated.
It is with great pride to announce that Freak
Fitness has recently donated another $4000 to
the Children’s Wish Foundation in honor of four
Freak Fitness athletes who earned their IFBB
Pro card qualifications during the 2018
competition season.
