gratification without a willingness to put in the
work. She watches how the sport phases out
those people on its own, knowing that only
those who take it seriously come out the other
end and continue to progress.
She is excited for the future of the sport in
Canada with the CPA and TNT Muscle’s first
open competition event on June 22, 2019,
Edmonton, Alberta. She loves seeing the NPC
version supporting consistent rules, regulations
and judging requirements aligning with the
IFBB Pro League. All of which will help prepare
and support athletes to be ready for the Pro
stage.
She left with the final sentiments that this
sport has been incredibly good to her, that she
lives with no regrets as a competitor. She
reflects that some things were not in the cards
for her and she is okay with that. She feels that
she has done and accomplished more than
most, no resentment, no regrets. Nothing
changes for her in the gym or how she diets.
She will always be committed to this lifestyle.
Knowing Tamen the way that I do, this chick
has grit and when she puts her mind to
something, nothing stops her. Without a
doubt, her clients and event productions will
benefit from the high standard she operates
from.
