As for the ladies, stop saying I walk on heels a lot, so I don ' t need practice. Daily life and stage life are different. When showcasing your physique on stage as a performance is much different than being in heels in your normal life. Many times, I ' ve witnessed stage disasters.

Juan: Are there any exercises you recommend for people to improve posing mobility or their ability to get into certain positions when posing?
Carl: Keeping up with daily mobility work such as using massage guns, foam rolling, stretching, visiting massage therapist and chiropractors can be very helpful. The healthier the physique is the smoother your transitions will be and also allow for better and longer duration to hold the poses.
Juan: As bodybuilding evolves, do you see the posing evolving as well? Do you feel there is the possibility of the posing routines being scored again in the future?
Carl: Posing has definitely changed over time due to new categories being introduced and poses changing to help emphasize their own objectives. Some of the very original categories such as bodybuilding, Men ' s Classic Physique, Figure and Fitness require next to no changes because since day 1, it has been very straightforward as to what is required. It’ s the other new categories that were introduced after which have required their own uniqueness( Fit Model, Bikini, Wellness, Women’ s physique and Men ' s Physiques).
