Classic
RECAP WITH RUDY

 I have just arrived back
home from the 2018
Arnold Sports Festival in
Columbus, Ohio. If you
are a fan of bodybuilding,
physique, classic
physique, bikini, fitness
and figure the trip down
to Ohio in March is a
must at least once in a
lifetime. Let me warn you
it does get addictive
when you attend. As in
every year, 2018 did not
disappoint. 
The attendance was
fantastic. The expo was
huge and filled with
energy. All athletes came
in condition and were
ready to do battle.
 In woman’s fitness, with
the absence of Oksana
Grishina, it left the door
wide open. That made the
competition very close.
There were 12 athletes
and all were extremely
 strong. Whitney Jones from
the USA had a great routine
and was awarded the win.
Rounding off the top three
was Kate Errington from the
United Kingdom and
Bethany Wagner from the
USA.   
This was the
30th
anniversary
of the
Arnold’s.
