Danley Sound Labs D Series Amplifiers
Danley Sound Labs has announced the availability of a new line of amplifiers for dealers and customers . In addition to its popular DNA series amplifiers , the D series amplifiers provide high-end sound reinforcement for installation and touring use . The Danley D series amplifiers feature a Class-D power stage that delivers ‘ high output power , high efficiency and low heat generation ,’ according to the company . The D series provides processing features such as FIR filtering , dynamic EQ , and Dante networking ( optional ) all working alongside a DSP architecture including four local and four auxiliary DSP channels ( also supplied to the network ) meaning a single Delta DSP amplifier can control a stereo 4-way system with no external processing .
Additionally , all D series amplifiers feature advanced protection circuitry that ensures the safety of the equipment and speakers including over-current protection , short circuit protection , thermal protection , and a soft-start function to minimize the inrush current .

The Stage 2x2D is a feature-rich DI box , PoE – Dante / AES67 capable pro-audio A-D / D-A interface that ’ s powered up for virtually any performance challenge . Designed with future proof network audio streaming connectivity and supporting high-quality , lownoise extended dynamic range microphone , Line level and Hi-Z instrument pre-amplifiers , the Stage 2x2D is a suitable solution delivering audio signals without compromise , transient audio loss or acoustic artefacts .
The Stage 2x2D delivers a 1mΩ Hi-Z / instrument input that ’ s ideally suited for classic guitar pickups . When the signal goes out , the Inputs , Mic / Line , or Hi-Z are converted from analog to digital and routed as a Dante or AES67 network audio stream , with two “ Network Return ” channels available as line level outputs .

Dingwall Guitars has released the Rio Dream Bass for Duran Duran bassist John Taylor . Limited to just 82 instruments , the Rio Dream Bass is modelled after the Dingwall NG3 that Taylor used on Duran ’ s 2022 studio album , Future Past , though with some design modifications to really hone in on his tone . As well as the ‘ Rio Eye ’ inlaid at the 12th fret of Dingwall ’ s customary multi-scale fingerboard , other specs include a Nyatoh body , a bolt-on maple neck and a Macassar ebony fingerboard . The body also features a custom finish that takes its inspiration from Duran Duran ’ s Rio album cover .
Along with the custom finish , top billing goes to three Neodymium pickups and an onboard preamp designed and configured in collaboration with Rupert Neve Designs , whose studio consoles have long represented the pinnacle of high-end audio engineering . With the Rio Dream Bass , the Rupert Neve Designs experience is available for bass guitar for the very first time .
