Antelope Audio has introduced the Zen Go Synergy Core , its first bus-powered , truly-portable ( 4 x 8 USB-C ) audio interface . It has a sleek and powerful DSP-based desktop design powered by the same Synergy Core onboard effects processing platform found in the manufacturer ’ s flagship audio interfaces .
The Zen Go Synergy Core houses Antelope ’ s AD / DA ( analog-digital / digital-analog ) converter technology , namesake Synergy Core onboard effects processing platform , and 64-bit AFC ( Acoustically Focused Clocking ) algorithm , and supports sample rates of up to 24-bit / 192 kHz . This plug-and-play interface is designed to deliver an optimised installation experience that also frees users from unnecessary installations or configuration settings . It has two Mic-XLR and Line / Hi-Z / 1 / 4-in . jack connections ; two independent ( HP1 and HP2 ) headphone outputs with dedicated digitalto-analog converter ( DAC ); stepped analog rotary encoder for precise gain adjustment ; alternative Monitor line out on RCA connectors directly fed from the main DAC ; S / PDIF digital I / O on RCA connectors for expansion ; dedicated IPS ( In-Plane Switching ) display for signal monitoring ; direct monitoring mixers for real-time hardware-based monitoring with onboard effects ; advanced software control panel for macOS and Windows ; and dedicated secondary USB-C connection for external power supply and reverse charging .

Boss has introduced the BIC-P series of premium-grade guitar and bass cables .
In developing the BIC-P line , Boss says it evaluated the many elements that go into a cable — wire gauge and type , shielding , connectors , and more — and how they all work together to affect the sound . Through deep experimentation , it says a proprietary combination of materials was created that accurately translates the richness and character of an instrument ’ s pickups and natural resonances , providing players with a more sonically-pure cable .
Each BIC-P cable features an 18 AWG multi-strand centre conductor made with 99.99 % pure oxygen-free mono-crystal copper , delivering full , balanced tone with warmth , punch , and clarity .
