Solid State Logic UF8 DAW Controller
Solid State Logic ( SSL ) has released the UF8 digital audio workstation ( DAW ) controller , which features a user-focused design meant to provide helpful displays , intelligent fader and control access and function , multiple stand angles , and a control layout that improves production workflow .
The UF8 ’ s high-spec touch-sensitive faders , encoders , and highresolution colour displays complement the high-end build quality . Expandable to a 32-channel control surface with integration for all major DAW platforms , the UF8 is ideally suited to music creation , production and mixing , post-production , and webcasting . Yamaha DGX-670 Digital Piano
Yamaha has introduced the DGX-670 digital piano , which features a modern , attractive aesthetic and a simplified user interface .
The “ portable grand ” ensemble instrument is a full 88-note weighted action keyboard with improved playability , sound , and visual appeal , making it well-suited for a wide range of pianists . It replaces the DGX-660 , which has been one of the company ’ s top-selling digital pianos around the world . The DGX-670 includes Yamaha ’ s Graded Hammer Standard keyboard action — the low keys have a heavier response and the high keys have a lighter response — which delivers the recommended touch for building proper finger technique for playing acoustic pianos . The new digital piano also offers precise samples of the company ’ s flagship 9-ft . concert grand piano , the CFX .
While the DGX-660 had a traditional , rectangular frame , the DGX- 670 has been redesigned with a modern body featuring curved edges . Operation of a wide selection of functions is made quicker and easier thanks to a full-colour LCD screen featuring a simplified user interface . The keyboard also has enlarged buttons on the front panel .

D ’ Addario has introduced the XPND telescoping pedalboard . With its telescoping technology , the XPND lets players instantly change the size of their board and the number of pedals . The XPND features aircraft-quality rails that easily adjust in and out and a unique cable management system . It is also fitted with hook-and-loop fastener tape, keeping everything neat while making swapping pedals simple . The XPND is available in one- or two-row configurations .
