N .) to support live event professionals currently out of work due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic . T . I . N . is hosting an ongoing busking concert series and other events to raise funds that will then be distributed to applicants . Additionally , donations are being accepted via a Go- FundMe page . Technicians can apply to receive support , and at the end of each fundraising event , a name will be drawn and a recipient will get the proceeds , no questions asked . Chris Martin IV to Step Down as CEO of C . F . Martin In July 2021 , Chris Martin IV , the CEO of C . F . Martin & Co ., will retire from the storied guitar company , which he has led for over three decades . C . F . Martin president Jacqueline Renner also announced her plans to retire in October 2021 .
Martin will step down to the role of executive chairman and remain chairman of the board . “ I ’ ve spent over 40 years in my family business and what a ride it ’ s been ,” Martin says . “ Now I ’ ve reached the point where it ’ s time for me to move into the role of executive chairman . I am confident in the current leadership team because I know they love the company as much as I do and I will be working closely with them through this transition .”

At the same time , Martin will also step down as NAMM chairman . He is now working with Hudson Gain Corporation in search of someone to fill the joint role of CEO and president . When taking the lead role in the family-owned company in 1986 , Martin IV became the sixth-generation leader of the company .
