for Retail Boot Camp, a full day of free training
for your music retail business. Workshops will

Every morning at the show, NAMM U
Breakfast Sessions will provide free breakfast
and in-depth discussions led by top thought

Thursday will offer a glimpse into the fu-
ture with Doug Stephens, founder of the Retail
Prophet, as he sits down with NAMM President
and CEO Joe Lamond for forward-thinking in-
sights to help you adapt to the seismic changes
in retail.
Customer experience expert Doug
Fleener will lead Friday’s session, as he explores
how companies like yours have been able to
dramatically elevate their customer experience
and sales results.
Saturday’s highly anticipated Best in Show
session will feature peer-reviewed music prod-
ucts hot off the show floor, hosted by Music
Inc.’s Frank Alkyer.
Held every half-hour on the show floor,
The NAMM Idea Center will present sessions
covering a variety of topics, including websites,
online marketing, store design, music lessons,
promotions, and finance.
TEC Tracks sessions will be kicking off as
well, focusing on topics relating to recording,
game audio, live sound, houses of worship,
VR, AI, wearables, and more. For the first time
at Summer NAMM, Audinate will offer Dante
Certification training, covering digital audio net-
working and levels one and two certification.

On Saturday, Summer NAMM will open
its doors to the public for one day only. Music
Industry Day will welcome a broader audience
of music professionals including recording stu-
dios, concert venues, houses of worship, music
educators, students, associations, aspiring musi-
cians, pro technologies professionals, and more,
creating an even more dynamic environment
