Empress Effects says to expect some exciting
announcements this year. It will be showcas-
ing and demoing new products and featuring
its full lineup. Empress Effects says it’s been
planning all year and its booth will be unlike
any of its others from years past, so stop by for
a unique experience.
F Bass Inc. - Booth 5449
F Bass, which has been handcrafting basses
out of Hamilton, ON since 1978, has spent
the last year developing new specs, finishes,
and wood combos, and dialling in the new
Deluxe BN Series. The Deluxe BN features F
Bass humbuckers with three modes: single-coil,
series humbucking, and parallel humbucking. F
Bass artists will also be onsite in Hall D to jam,
show off their favourite basses, and hang.
Flock Audio – Booth 16128
Flock Audio will be showcasing its flagship
product, the Patch System, with its recently-
released Patch App software, version 2.0. There
may even be a surprise announcement of an
addition to the Patch System family, the com-
pany teases. Flock Audio invites NAMM Show
attendees to its booth to see the Patch System
and something new in action.
Fortin Amplification – Booth 3244
Fortin Amps will be showing its full line of be-
spoke tube amplifiers, effects pedals, and digital
plug-ins. Attendees are invited to swing by for
demonstrations and signings from some of the
top guitarists in heavy music and to check out
the high-gain tones of Fortin Amplification.
Godin Guitars – Booth 211A/B
For NAMM 2020, Godin Guitars will show-
case the brand-new Radiator Series along with
the Session HT Series in trans cream, matte
black, and bourbon burst. A new addition to
the A Series will be made in the form of the
A12 Black. Also, continuing the success of the
Godin acoustic guitar series launched last year,
a new acoustic makes its way into the lineup:
the Metropolis SWS QIT.
Gon Bops – Booth 6422
Gon Bops will welcome its new artist endorser,
the legendary Lenny Castro, at The 2020
NAMM Show. Lenny will be at the booth Fri-
day and Saturday to introduce his new signa-
ture conga line and two new headed tambou-
rines. Long-time Gon Bops artist Alex Acuna
will also be at the booth Friday and Saturday
to present a brand-new signature 14-in. Spe-
cial Edition Djembe and Triple Shaker. Other
new offerings from Gon Bops include a 14-in.
Banda Snare, a professional djembe stand, a
10-in. version of its popular
Timbale Snare, plus more.

Graph Tech will introduce

Greenfield Guitars will exhibit as part of the
Boutique Guitar Showcase, presenting the new
Andy McKee signature model G4, as well as a
“Ghost Series” harp guitar. Michael Green-
field handcrafts bespoke acoustic steel-string
and concert classical guitars fashioned to the
highest standard. Each commission begins with
a personal consultation. The resultant choice
of model, specifications, materials, and options
combine to make each Greenfield Guitar a
one-of-a-kind instrument.
Guerilla Guitars – Booth 1250
Guerilla will show off its range of custom
guitars, including its new headless model, the
M-SR6 Spartan, with a purple blaze finish
complemented by Seymour Duncan Black
Winters pickups and a Sophia 2.92 trem. The
company will also showcase the Canadian-built
M6 Smoke, which Guerilla says is its response
to fans’ demands for a great guitar at a more
affordable price.
IMSTA – Booth 15300
In 2020, the International Music Software
Trade Association (IMSTA) continues to part-
ner with NAMM to host Software.NAMM, a
curated exhibit collection showcasing the latest
music apps and technologies. The association
invites attendees to learn about its 2020 IMSTA
FESTA events in Miami, Los Angeles, Atlanta,
Seoul, London, New York, China, Toronto,
and Berlin. Songwriters who are NAMM
NextGen attendees can register now to bring a
song and receive an expert, one-
on-one critique.
J.D. Grandt Piano Supply Co. – Booth 748
J.D. Grandt will be featuring the latest in
“hybrid scaling” for pianos and show how this
new service is changing the piano rebuilding/
re-stringing business. Already regarded as one
of North America’s top piano string makers for
Orleans Acacia wood shell snare drums along
with several one-off artist proof models, as well
as a prototype of his new practice pad design.

Los Cabos Drumsticks – Booth 7438
Los Cabos Drumsticks has increased the size
of its NAMM booth and will be showcasing
its line of products at the show for the ninth
year. As always, Los Cabos staff will be there to
demonstrate the products and talk shop with
distributors, customers, and artists.
Lumatone – Booth 2146
After 15 years in development, Lumatone will
premiere its namesake, flagship microtonal
keyboard, which it says is a game changer
for microtonal composers and isomorphic
keyboard enthusiasts. Powered by centuries-old
music theory and modern design ingenuity,
Lumatone says it is intuitive to play, fully pro-
grammable, and endlessly creative, all at once.
