We ’ re thrilled to finally be able to bring back our annual NAMM Show preview – all the old favourites from shows past will return this June at the mammoth Anaheim Convention Center and surrounding hotels ; but , given that there is no Summer NAMM this year , you ’ ll notice some key elements of that show have been brought into the fold . So , let ’ s take a look at some highlights , and also get the lowdown from NAMM President and CEO Joe Lamond , and NAMM Director of Professional Development Zach Phillips .

During the pandemic , folks on both sides of the customer / retailer equation found that they missed a lot about the old normal , but also appreciated some of the new innovations and conveniences . And so , as we emerge from the pandemic ( hopefully for good this time ), we wanted to find out what is still attracting musicians to their local MI retailers , when it comes to both their brick-and-mortar offerings , as well as their online presence .
To do this , we surveyed 130 musicians from across Canada about their current shopping habits and preferences . Let ’ s take a look at what they said ….
