self adhesive contact paper in the size of your
picture frames and stick them to your wall. Play
around with the arrangement and when ready,
add a nail and remove the contact paper.
Easy Microwave Cleaner
Salty Little Number
Added too much salt to your
soup or stew? No problem!
Simply add a potato to the
pot, which will absorb the
extra salt.
Microwave a sliced lemon and a
cup of water for 30 seconds
to 1 minute. Let the solution
stand in the microwave for 5
minutes. Remove the lemon
water and wipe surface
clean. Tip The fresh
lemon can be substituted
with a quarter cup of
lemon juice.

How to Microwave Corn

ear of corn, not shucked
1 Tbsp. butter
salt or seasoning salt,
to taste

Place unshucked corn in microwave for
2 minutes. Rotate corn and microwave
for another 2 minutes. Rotate corn once
more and microwave for an additional 2
minutes. Remove corn from microwave
and quickly run under cold water.
Remove husk. Serve with salt and butter.
Tip Microwave time will need to be
increased if making more than one ear
at a time.
