Ingredients Makes 32 triangles 1 1/4 2 1 1 1/4 16 32 32 Smoked Salmon Triangles Smoked salmon and herb-speckled cream cheese are simply made for each other. This classic combo creates colourful appetizers that will disappear fast! cup Spreadable Cream Cheese cup Chopped Fresh Parsley tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill tbsp. Lemon Juice tsp. Grated Lemon Zest tsp. Pepper Pumpernickel Cocktail Bread Slices Smoked Salmon Slices (about 8 oz.), larger ones halved Parsley (or Dill) Sprigs Coarsely Ground Black Pepper, for Garnish Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Spread over bread slices. Cut slices in half diagonally. Roll 1 slice of salmon into cone shape. Place, seam-side down, on 1 bread half. Place 1 parsley sprig inside cone. Repeat with remaining salmon slices, bread halves and parsley sprigs. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 32 triangles. Tip: When a recipe calls for grated zest and juice, it’s easier to grate the fruit first, then juice it. Be careful not to grate down to the pith (white part of the peel), which is bitter and best avoided.
