EAT RE HE Touro Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse & Wine Bar the experience Touro offers the traditional Brazilian Steakhouse “Rodizio” service as well as a phenomenal “A La Carte” menu. Rodizio meals feature continuous table-side service of fourteen specialty cuts of meat (eight for lunch) including; beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and seasonal seafood, plus their mouth-watering grilled pineapple. All Rodizio meats are slow-cooked over an open flame charcoal “Churrascaria” (Brazilian rotisserie-style grill), providing a true authentic taste experience. Rodizio meals also include traditional Brazilian starting bites, as well as full access to their appetizer island of over forty hot and cold side dishes. Touro’s A La Carte selection includes both mains and appetizers for lunch and dinner. A La Carte lunch dishes feature a variety of premium sandwiches, including the house favourite Brazilian “Picanha” steak sandwich. Dinner entrees feature a variety of premium steaks, as well as chicken, pork, seafood and a farm fresh vegetarian option. A La Carte menus are available in the bar area and wine lounge, which is equipped with Ontario’s first and only self-serve Enomatic wine bar. Touro also has an award-winning Sommelier, Lorie O’Sullivan, on staff to aid guests with their selection.
