week? Commercial bakeries colour-code each day’s production
with a different colour plastic clip. Always buy the loaf with the
twist tie or plastic clip indicating the most recent delivery date.
Monday–Blue, Tuesday–Green, Thursday–Red,
Friday-White, Saturday–Yellow.
