foot greenhouse in is the planning stage and the we have filed for the necessary licenses and permits to begin construction. But with any emerging cannabis market, regulators are methodical in their ways and applications take time to process. We have a great team leading the process and the project is moving forward, but there is a lot of paperwork.

Q: Those last two questions alone should be enough for most investors to digest but as I said ... there has been a lot of exciting recent news. What is the significant of adding Dr. Peter Tolias, PhD and Dr. Cezar Khursigara to PUF Ventures' Advisory Board?

A: Both of these gentlemen offer a wealth of experience around plant science and biotechnology, and we are looking at many different parts of the growth cycle which is evident by our forming Propagation Services Canada with Houwelings. We believe propagation is the riskiest part of the plant growth cycle and, therefore we can add value. With PSC we will take plants to the pre-vegetative state at the Delta, BC facility, and there are other areas like micropropagation which are all laboratory level endeavors. Having scientists on our team, that understand and can evaluate those opportunities, is critical and Drs. Tolias and Khursigara will address those issues.

Q: Ok ... and then on June 29th it was announced that PUF Ventures Inc. & Houweling's Group, formed Propagation Services Canada Inc. with a 2.2 million sq. ft. existing facility. My understanding of this ... is to provide "flower ready" starter plants to Cannabis Cultivators in Canada and internationally. Readers can access this news by clicking here ... to investors, what is the significance of this and are “cultivators” restricted to Health Canada license holders are can recreational home growers also purchase?

A: This has zero to do with home growers. Propagation Services Canada will be a bulk supply business, eliminating the need for large licensed producers to dedicate 25-30% of a facility to cannabis plant propagation. By providing this service PSC is mitigating the risk associated with the entire operation and adding up to 100’s of millions of dollars to their bottom line. It is important to note that the most complex part of growing a plant is the propagation cycle and this is a very specialized area. That is why we have teamed up with the Houwelings Group, one of the most successful propagation companies in North America. It has over 8.8 million square feet of total plant propagation area under glass in North America. The Delta, BC facility includes access to a team of 80 people who are experts in propagation. This is a very big deal and I don’t believe the market yet understands the true magnitude of this opportunity.
