Nick … it’s been too long since CannaInvestor has had a Q&A with Emblem. There is a lot to discuss and not a lot of time and I know how busy you are as we march towards October 17th as an industry. Most investors understand what an LP is so let’s not get into that but Emblem does have somewhat of a unique structure with three business lines. Emblem Cannabis, Emblem Pharmaceutical, and Grow-Wise Health. Succinctly, what are these three business lines and how do they contribute to the success of Emblem and by extension to your patients, customers, and shareholders/investors?

What the connected ecosystem means to Emblem is that all of our groups have to work symbiotically in order to make the greatest impact. Yes, we have three distinct divisions, but there is learning and overlap that can be applied to each group when working in unison. For example, we might develop a product for our medical market that also has application in the adult-use space. Additionally, our marketing teams are the front-line for patient and consumer needs. They are helping drive the grow strategy within our cultivation team leveraging these insights.

Emblem is pursuing a steadfast focus on three key pillars, which is where we believe the future of this business is going:

1. Product Innovation – creating desirable innovative products that fill a market void.

2. Brand Relevance – creating trusted brands that resonate with our patients, consumers and customers.

3. Distribution. If you build it (capacity), doesn’t mean they’ll come. We are working to secure distribution points that are clearly established to reach the end-user.

This three-pronged strategy is a core differentiator for Emblem.

Investors have come to despise and fear the three words “late stage applicant” so first and foremost let’s make clear that Natura is a Health Canada
