Molecular Science Corp. (MSC) is a Canadian Narcotic Control laboratory services company, licensed by Health Canada to deliver high-level analytical testing, R&D, innovation and mobility to Canadian LP’s and extractors. MSC aims to provide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) testing services for licensed producers of cannabis and ancillary products under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation (ACMPR) and the recently approved Cannabis Act, Bill C45.
In addition, MSC will provide scientific advisory services to international companies committed to unlocking the potential in “big data” and the libraries of cannabis plant informatics – building a more informed path to clinical trial and unlocking effective disease treatments.
MSC has invested in attracting scientific talent from the pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors with a focus on implementing advanced analytical instrumentation (such as chromatographic systems and top tier tandem mass spectrometers) for cannabis product research and regulatory testing. Our central laboratory is located in the Greater Toronto Area, within reach for over 65 licensed producers in Ontario.
The core components to differentiating a GMP laboratory include assembling methods, designing reference standards, demonstrating site proficiency, and instilling seamless record compliance software.
