Since departing from Canopy, Linton certainly has not been idle. Linton remains very entrepreneurial and committed to the cannabis industry.

He believes those in the industry should have an interest in the plant and its benefits rather than a purely financial interest.

He seems optimistic about his future and the cannabis industry as a whole.

While enjoying the tech industry, Linton remains committed to the cannabis industry and its future. He said he gets upset when he meets individuals who seem to be in the cannabis industry for purely financial reasons with little regard for the nuances of cannabis and its benefits.

Linton feels in the future the next wave of the industry will be impacted by more clinical trials and research, high repeatability, and more impactful technology.
