CIM: Your gross revenue projections for Year 1 and Year 5 are $9.9M and $211.4M, respectively and EBITDA margin in Year 5 is approximately 37.8%. Do you think your revenue growth projection over a five-year period is aggressive? Why Not?

Q

A

VC: The numbers do seem aggressive mainly because we have never seen anything like this for a long time. The worldwide market for Cannabidio (CBD) is valued at USD $3,8088.51 million in 2018 and the market is projected to grow at USD $2,207,162.54 Million by 2026 and expected to register a CAGR of 127.24%. Wherever we study and read we find the same aggressive projections so we must analyze them and pay very close attention.

CIM: What are you valuing your company at?

Q

A

VC: $3M.

CIM: Due to the fact this is a new industry and there are no historical comps, investors use management team experience as a key metric when investing, what past skillsets and experiences does your management team have to give investors’ confidence that VC will be successful?

Q

A

VC: I feel a big testament to our capability to confidently drive this business forward is our success in obtaining the proper approvals, land and crew of master growers fully dedicated to this project. Among our growers are those who have successfully created and managed cannabis farms in Jamaica at international standards for export.
