CC: Our goal is to grow organically alongside those who share our values and vision. We are not looking to allow ourselves to grow at a rate that we are unable to maintain at the same high level as our existing business.

Instead, we are focused on attracting partnerships and acquisitions that appropriately fit our business pillars of focus and our desire to continue offering a high level of value across everything we do.

CIM: Why did you acquire “Full Spectrum Labs” a state of the art extraction, product development, and R&D company? What was the attraction? What are the synergies?

CC: The acquisition of Full Spectrum Labs will allow Stigma Grow to manufacture unique, clean and clear products for consumers that will be among the highest quality and potency in the market. We intend to leverage this technology, and the insight provided by our skilled and experienced staff, to target consumers that are looking for high-quality product variations.

This new methodology allows us to bring forward a variety of new products to the cannabis and hemp markets that have not been altered by high heat or other solvents — which can degrade the quality of cannabinoids.

CanadaBis also believes the addition of this IP showcases our continued focus on products that will lead the industry in both innovation and quality. This purchase positions us to develop new intellectual property, in anticipation of the legalization of new products pursuant to the amendments to the Cannabis Act coming into force on October 17, 2019.

Simply put, we are preparing for the future of cannabis.
