Does Kontrol have any more plans on cannabis related acquisitions?

We are constantly on the hunt for great companies that we can put into our 4 verticals. In relation to the Cannabis sector we are careful about valuation and not over-paying for companies.

We see Cannabis as a greater organic growth opportunity where we can build our business providing solutions that are in demand and have a sense of urgency as Growers look to get to profitability and seek to drive down their operating costs.

How does Kontrol assist cannabis growers in reducing their cost of energy and support mission critical infrastructure?

Our focus is providing three integrated solutions which includes real-time energy analytics for energy optimization and mission critical support, emission and air quality compliance and distributed energy infrastructure to offset high costs of electricity

As our customers own buildings and operate businesses with large energy demands we can work across the spectrum. However I would say currently the urgency is the Growers and the amount of energy required and the cost of that energy.

Does Kontrol only focus on cannabis companies that “touch the plant,” or can it assist ancillary cannabis companies (e.g. security, technology, testing, etc..)?
