CCIM: One of most basic tenets we cannot repeat enough to Retail Investors of all levels is the importance in investing in “the team”. Walk us through the team at HC starting with President and Director Richard Polanco who is a former California State Senate Majority Leader.

HC: What retail investors must understand is that there are three Important Fundamental Pillars that drive success in this space. High Hampton’s team covers these basis by having 1. A strong capital markets team, 2. A strong Political team and 3. A strong Cannabis team.

Our Political Team is comprised of myself (David E. Argudo) and fmr. Senator Richard Polanco - we have over 25 years of political experience. Director Richard Polanco has served as a State Senator and has relationships established … political relationships at the state capital. Having these political ties is important as we go through the regulatory creation in California. It gives us the opportunity to have a voice at the table. Richard is a current registered lobbyist in Sacramento and is an active participant in the political process.

Myself, I have done advocacy work that dates back to 1996 helping pass the Compassionate Act known as Prop 215. I have served and continue to serve as an elected official for the past 8 years. I consult and develop cannabis policies for local municipalities. I pioneered local tax measures for cannabis in California in 2010. I engage the State Capital and speak on cannabis in committee hearings before the Senate and Assembly.

Our Cannabis Team is comprised of myself, Dove Byrnes, Daniel Petrov. I personally have 25 years of experience in the Cannabis space. Professor Byrnes lectures in the school of business at Humboldt State University and has over 20 years of cannabis experience. We are both members of the Institute of interdisciplinary Research at Humboldt State. Director Daniel is a cannabis industry adviser. He helped cofound Vodis Pharmaceuticals. He currently is CEO Aura. Formerly Daniel was co-founder and served as executive vice president of Aurora marijuana Inc.
