QCC: An example of a tailor made solution would be a full extraction, processing and formulation lab that is customized to fit any particular operator’s exact needs. Because we do everything in-house we have the ability to personalize solutions for almost anybody in the industry.
CCIM: So … QCC provides tailor made solutions while also providing a plug-and-play industry leading best in class C02 Extraction System. It appears you have the market covered … what is in the pipeline?
QCC: While we have a 45L and 90L vessel size for our BOSS system we are currently working to expand our product offering into a smaller and larger system as well.
Through our agreement with Lucid Labs we are also co-developing certain extraction and processing equipment. We have plans to create an alcohol extraction system, a pressure assisted filtration system, a distillation system as well as a hydrocarbon extraction system.
CCIM: Sorry … I wanted to touch on something earlier so I am going to quickly circle back. In June 2016, QCC would reported on its vaporizer sales. Can you provide an update on this particular ancillary line?
QCC: We had our initial ancillary device sales in the spring/summer of 2017. Since then, it’s been a part of our ordinary course of business – including offering customized branding and packaging as an additional service offering for those clients who also require that solution.
CCIM: QCC prides itself, based on what I have learned, on its proven in-house engineering team …. How does this differentiate you … set you apart and above ….?
QCC: Prior to launching the BOSS and our other ancillary products, we spent countless hours talking with, and listening to the needs of cannabis industry participants. All our current equipment, products, and services – and any future equipment and products – are, and will be, specifically designed for the cannabis industry. Most of the extraction equipment and ancillary products initially used in the cannabis industry were originally used for other purposes, and not the most efficient for use with cannabis. Cannabis is a very unique plant and through extraction, processing and formulation, can create very unique products.
