When I was growing up, my father would always tell me, “Spiro you have to get good grades and get a good office job, so you don’t have destroy your body like I did” … His idea was simple. Get business training. Work in an office. Any office, any role, 9 to 5. In the immortal words of Dolly Parton, that was a “way to make a livin”. Maybe my dad watched too much “WKRP In Cincinnati”, who knows! But hey, I looked up to my dad (I still do). And wanted to make him proud … sooooooooooooooo I got a degree in Economics and Commerce, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand decided to become an Accountant. Fun stuff! And yes I have a 9 to 5 job, and yes, my dad is proud.
