•5 year term, with an option for renewal for additional 5 years
•Rights are for images bearing likeness and referencing song names
•Exclusive rights for gummies, hard candies and health and Vitamin Water style beverage; non-exclusive rights for certain other products
A variety of products under the “Edibles Experience” banner are in development including:
•The “Purple Haze”, “Orange Sunshine” and “Blue Passion” lines of THC based products
•“Stone Free” line of CBD-based, non-psychoactive health products
