The North American Medical Marijuana Index
The North American Medical Marijuana Index is designed to be a liquid and investable index of equity securities of publicly listed companies with business activities in the marijuana industry. These securities are listed on North America’s public equity markets with business activities that include biopharmaceuticals, medical manufacturing, distribution, bio products and other ancillary businesses to the marijuana industry.
Constituents of the Index are selected from both North American senior exchanges and also junior exchanges that support the success of early-stage public companies.
While securities may be listed on the TSX, NYSE or Nasdaq Global Market, many of these securities may trade on North American junior exchanges that include (but are not limited to) the:
•TSX Venture Exchange
•Canadian National Stock Exchange
•NASDAQ Capital Market
