APH with NUU
This one is not quite as easy as the ACB-CMED one because Aphria is also offering $0.60 cash (down from $1.00) for every share of NUU tendered.
The consideration is $0.60 in cash plus 0.3546 of an Aphria Share for each Nuuvera Share.
Assumptions:
1000 shares of APH owned
Transaction fee: $10 per sale/buy ($10 is on the high side to be conservative).
All shares are held in a tax sheltered account (TFSA, RRSP, RESP, RDSP, etc).
The cash payout is used to purchase shares of APH a $20.00 (to be conservative).
