scientific services such as facility design, laboratory set up and implementation of systems. These services then can include additional service agreements, which assist in bolstering the firm’s bottom line.

The most recent addition to Quadron Cannatech, Cybernetic Control Systems is the second subsidiary entirely focused on providing production equipment to organizations. However they are focused on the technical aspects of industry, such as nutrient mixing equipment, facility controls, and LED lightning. It should also be mentioned that they are not just focused on the cannabis sector either. Rather, they provide technical solutions to a swath of industries, including process manufacturing, solar and wind, and numerous agriculture related industries such as hydroponics, aquaponics, and cannabis.

Rather than offer a set group of defined products to the marketplace, Cybernetics has instead elected to provide what they call Solution Services. This results in a specialized solution to a particular problem that is best suited for its client. To do so, it develops equipment in house while utilizing equipment from third parties

such as Schneider Electric. Although we here are focused on the cannabis sector, by providing such services to all industries it adds beneficial diversification to the portfolio of Quadron Cannatech.

The final subsidiary of Quadron is that of Greenmantle Products. Unlike its peers, Greenmantle is focused entirely on the cannabis industry. In particular, it is focused on providing ancillary products directly to licensed producers, such as vape pens and encapsulation products. In this regard, it provides customized products that are under a white label for its clients. As the industry moves towards the increased use of cannabis extracts, Quadron anticipates the revenue generated from Greenmantle to increase dramatically.
