ATA and NDC initiatives

Chesky at Airbnb has also recently indicated moving into the airline space, and has historically collaborated with airlines on promotional activity on referral and frequent flyer points initiatives marketing schemes. We will be looking to do the same. Also, with IATA NDC initiative with direct connections to Airlines via XML API's giving consumers of this data the ability to offer up airline enriched content at the point of flight purchase to its own end users is also something we would look to leverage at some point.

For us entering the Canadian recreational cannabis space we will look to collaborate with Westjet, Porter Airlines, Air Canada and Air-Transat for ‘NDC’ based XML being the enabling platform for enriched content.

By plane, boat and car they will come and we need to tap into those markets and so will continue to look to increase our third party relationships where applicable – hotel chains are on the horizon for us amongst other things – we have engaged with regional chains of Hilton, Marriott and Holiday Inn amongst others.

We are engaged with the Canadian company ‘Province Brands’ for future collaboration with edibles to be legalised summer 2019 This potentially enables us to expand our product offering in this area and others through these collaborations.

We may see other players emerge here.

We are also engaged with the ‘Butiqescapes’ for future collaboration – also Canadian based in BC. They do very high end luxury tours in Canada. I'm talking private jets and helicopters amongst other things.
