After then reading an article on Airbnb's 'Experience' product offering, and a quick scan of their site to rule out any cannabis themed ‘Experience’ options, I had a thought. Offer cannabis friendly tours and experiences hosted by local hosts. This had to be the model if I was to be able to build and run it remotely. Living in the UK, with a job, a mortgage a wife and two kids was a consideration I had to make. Some discussion with my Canadian based brother in-law 'Nic Manko' followed and ‘Canada High Tours’ was born. Nic currently looks after all our Third Party vendor relationships. Today the company exists of myself, Nic and sixty alternative cannabis friendly ‘Hosts’.
We are looking to offer bespoke cannabis friendly tours and experiences throughout Canada this year once the date is announced. We will be using locally sourced cannabis friendly Tour Hosts to host new and existing cannabis based tours and experiences. We currently have a dedicated team of sixty local Canadians signed up. Our focus will be on Toronto initially with over forty options currently listed there, and our current website also offers options in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa and Quebec City.
