NOTICE TO READER:

As with all of our Q&A sessions, we were not approached or requested to undertake the Q&A but rather we approach those companies that we feel the timing is right. No compensation of any kind or in any form is ever offered, requested, expected, or received.

CCIM: Let’s jump right in. For our readers who may not be familiar with Quadron, it is highly recommended that you read our case study that appeared in last month’s issue as well as visit Quadron’s website.

We first introduced our readers to Quadron in our August issue with our industry leading strategy of selecting those companies with a relatively low market cap and number of shares outstanding (and therefore share price) but also with revenues that were growing. At that time, the share price of QCC was approximately $0.20 with an average trading volume of around 11,000 shares. The market cap was about $11M and your most recent financials showed annualized revenue had reached about $1M.

Your most recent financials (Oct 31, 2017) reveal that revenues are indeed growing with the six-month year to date revenue just shy of $1M. The share price had increased nearly five fold since that time but has settled back in and around $0.60. Now that is an ROI! Trading volume since that time has increased dramatically and has been in excess of 1 million shares on several occasions.

I realize you can only say so much but will your shareholders be pleased with the January 31st quarter revenues?

QCC: We sure think so. Our next financials will be the first to include sales of our CO2 extraction unit ‘The BOSS’. To date we’ve sold three, including one to a US customer, since we showcased the system in mid-November 2017, at the MJBiz Conference in Vegas.

CCIM: If my understanding is correct, Quadron has three primary business lines and these three segments are carried out through Soma Labs, Greenmantle Products, and Cybernetic Control Systems Inc. Can you walk us through these different business lines/segments?
