So how are you thinking about new market expansion opportunities?

As far as future expansion plans are concerned, we’re interested in pursuing cost-effective organic and acquisitive opportunities where we’ll be able to leverage our strengths to enhance long-term growth.

We have an excellent track record of winning merit-based license awards, as each of our first five states were awarded merit-based medical licenses, including Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio. I can’t stress enough how seriously we take our fiduciary duty as stewards of shareholder capital, and we’re going to continue pursuing merit-based license applications in the future as it’s an extremely rewarding way to grow our business.

We want the full range of cannabis consumer to be comfortable in our highly professional retail locations, from a 75-year-old cancer patient with debilitating pain to a millennial looking for a different dispensary experience. I’d also like to point out that we’ve already established proven platforms for e-commerce and home delivery in the State of New York, where over 50% of transactions are originating online. We own those systems front-to-back and expect to capitalize on opportunities to leverage those platforms as we develop new markets in the future.
