I have much to ponder as well, I wrote last month of the importance of protecting one’s intellectual property and the character used in my content is both copyrighted and trademarked (Cannalyst) … imagine my surprise to learn that someone put an “s” at the end and a “the” at the start and registered “TheCannalysts”. I have looked into it and their trademark has zero legal standing because one cannot pluralize an existing protection or put “the” in front of it as a workaround protected in law.
