be added;
(d)ingest-able extracts may not have any added vitamins or minerals, nicotine, caffeine, sugars, sweeteners or colours;
(e)inhaled extracts may not have any added vitamins or minerals, nicotine or alcohol, caffeine, sugars, colours or sweeteners;
(f)topicals may not have any added nicotine or alcohol and may only be used on skin, hair and nails and may not be used on eyes or damaged skin; and
(g)in addition to the foregoing, specific rules on packaging, labeling and promotion will be implemented for the various new product types.
