GTEC: The reference to Accredited Investors related primarily to the period prior to GTEC becoming a publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (i.e. prior to June 22, 2018).

CCIM: While somewhat on the subject of being in 35 countries … to the degree that you can answer … does GTEC intend to remain focused on Canada or can we look forward to some International announcements?

GTEC: GTEC is currently pursuing a number of international opportunities. We are hopeful that these efforts will result in some positive developments for our shareholders in the 2nd half of 2018.

CCIM: Changing gears for a moment … will recreational consumers be able to purchase your strains in legal dispensaries?

GTEC: GreenTec does plan to sell to legal cannabis stores through the applicable provincial distribution channels (primarily liquor boards). We are also pursing an aggressive retail strategy for each province that is allowing private dispensaries. Just recently, GTEC's application into the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority lottery process was selected to apply for a cannabis retail permit. This retail permit will also allow GTEC to sell cannabis to Canadian consumers online. In Alberta we have 24 retail cannabis storefront applications under the name Cannabis Cowboy Inc., our partners in Alberta retail.

CCIM: Your June operational update is thorough and is nice summary of some salient points of our discussion here (click here for that update). Other than the Dealer’s License, have there been any significant events subsequent to that update?

GTEC: GreenTec provided an update on our retail initiatives, which reflects our progress in executing our vertical integration strategy. We also announced a joint venture with F-20 developments in Vernon, B.C. which will greatly expand our total production capacity.

CCIM: What would be the next major catalyst for GTEC?
