Louis Kyron: Derek, while presenting at LIFT in Toronto, we discussed how beverages may be one of the main disruptor before long - for our readers, could you elaborate on the reasons as to why?

Derek Riedle: To me, the things that potential new cannabis consumers are most uneasy about are smoking and vaping. Joints will never go away, but combustion and vaping will be something for younger people and first-timers. Delivery methods where people can enjoy cannabis rapidly, conveniently and without smoke will flourish. It’s not the end of smoking, but it’s damn close. Smoking is going to become a subculture.

I think anything that allows people to enjoy cannabis without smoke - edibles, topicals, tinctures, drinks, etc. - will be extremely important going forward. Really, anything that leads to the end of smoke.

HVT: Certainly. To begin, the delivery platform is key to the onset of the effectiveness of the product. Currently, we recommend that Dream Water users

take our product half an hour before bed when using either our liquid suspension or dissolvable powder products. Most of our customers find that they settle into a routine when taking Dream Water. That said, oral sprays and sublingual dissolvables typically speed this process up. We are currently working on multiple new delivery platforms along with enhanced bioavailability and efficacy for our current SKUs and with our future formulations with cannabis and hops derivatives. As far as flavouring goes, I’ll keep that one very close to the chest for now. I will say that we have no intention of introducing artificial flavours.

CCIM: OK. When do you expect to see some of these variants available for sale? Can the LP side be able to sell to patients? Can a hemp derived CBD variant get to market before the legalisation of cannabis edibles and beverages?

HVT: We will be launching new SKUs on an ongoing basis. Dream Water Sport Recovery with branch chain amino acids is well down the product development pipeline. Dream Water Beauty-Sleep with collagen is market ready and already testing in the US. Testing feedback is exceptional for both products. As far as our other product development initiatives go, they will require more time and must go through the Health Canada approval process just like all of our other products have to date. That said, edibles and beverages won’t be approved for some time yet and I am optimistic that we will be ready when those product verticals open up to the consumer population.

CCIM:Cheers ... yes sorry for the last two questions but a Q&A with us means we ask the questions your investors are looking to be asked. Time for your elevator pitch - why Dream Water? Why should investors either hold their positions in HVT or increase them or open a position and try to keep your answer within the scope of discussing Dream Water.
