Their in-house team of chemists work at the frontier of extract science, engaging in ongoing research and development for extract testing, formulation, and product development. All equipment and processes are used in their own research laboratories and facilities for continual process improvement and Research and Development feedback.

Their current market ready equipment includes the BOSS CO2 Extraction System. This sytstem is “plug and play” with a processing time of 50%-60% of the industry average’s (per QCC) and one unit can produce approximately 12,000 kgs per year. Greenmantle has skilled personnel with established contacts internationally to source, prototype and build hardware devices utilizing the latest technologies Greenmantle provides these devices to licensed medical cultivators and patients in Canada and US.

As the cannabis industry moves toward legalization for recreational use, Quadron expects to generate significant revenues from these initiatives.

Cybernetic Control Systems Inc

Cybernetics supplies custom and standard machines & control packages stocking Automation Equipment including VFDs, PLCs, Touch Screens and Sensors - turning large projects into a simple order request.

They build custom machines and control solutions using high quality CSA/ETL certified equipment and standards.

QCC Revenues

As at year end (April 30, 2017):

• Revenue for the year of $1,789,188,

a 972% increase over 2016 revenue

• Gross margin for the year of $502,320 (28%);

• Working capital of $2,043,408.

As at Q1 (July 31, 2017)

• Revenue of $516,211

• Liabilities of $391,137 with cash on hand in excess of $587,000 and over $1-million in deposits and various receivables.

Annualized, those revenues all thing being equal translate into well over $2M assuming no increases in revenues and given the early success of the BOSS CO2 exraction system alone, final year end revenue should be well in excess of $2M.
