Do you plan to only serve the commercial and manufacturing industry or are there plans perhaps for the Residential sector – proper environments and security for growing your own and security of the cannabis … or is that market too small and fragmented?

We may consider getting into the residential sector at some point in the future. Right now, our focus is on the commercial and manufacturing sector.

The industry is just waking up to the crucial need for security at every stage of the supply chain – from licenced production facilities to retail outlets.

When a single truckload can be worth $25 million or more, this is a high-risk product.

The theft and violence that inevitably comes with any high-value product will result in less public support for the industry and increased regulation.

So security is important, not just in protecting the people and property working for a single company, but for the industry as whole.

Ok … and similarly … as an existing investor or as a prospective investor, we see a moderate and fair number of issued and outstanding shares (just shy of 143M with about another 10M diluted) … because your listing is recent, there is an absence of sales and revenue information and therefore of earnings …. To the degree that you can, are your revenues growing and when are targeting to release your December financials … or perhaps a corporate update that would include these metrics? What percentage of the outstanding shares are controlled by insiders?

Our sole focus now is on the cannabis industry. We see virtually unlimited growth opportunities here in Canada, in the United States and other key markets. When the industry matures, we will consider diversification but I don’t see that happening in the near or mid-term.
