Alright … now …. with edibles and beverages coming will you also be gearing up as I am assuming the armoured vehicle interior configurations may be different on a case by case basis – the need to secure cases of glass bottles for example or perhaps even refrigeration requirements (certain baked goods) … ?

We have demonstrated over the past three years that we can respond to any security need or challenge in the industry.

If refrigerated or other specialized vehicles are required for edible or beverages, you can be sure that we will obtain them and provide the security needed to protect the contents.

Cheers. I want to return back to David Hyde for a moment and his appointment to President is well deserved. How important was it to bring David Hyde & Associates into the fold?

David and his firm are critically important to 3|Sixty and our ability to provide a full range of services to the industry.

David’s extensive expertise within the private security and more importantly the cannabis vertical, coupled with his clientele, allows us to engage the David Hyde and Associates clients to provide additional seed-to-sale security offerings.

Finally, David and I are similar when it comes to vision, strategy, and operational implementation. We appreciate our clients and employees.

Fantastic. Now … another key component to successful investing is the need to diversify and diversification is no stranger to 3 Sixty – what other industries do you have a meaningful presence in?

Our sole focus now is on the cannabis industry. We see virtually unlimited growth opportunities here in Canada, in the United States and other key markets. When the industry matures, we will consider diversification but I don’t see that happening in the near or mid-term.

That said, we are looking at non-core policing as another high value requirement within the law enforcement space.
