NOTICE TO READER:

As with all of our Q&A sessions, we were not approached or requested to undertake the Q&A but rather we approach those companies that we feel the timing is right. No compensation of any kind or in any form is every offered, requested, expected, or received.

CCIM: Thank you for taking time today to discuss TGOD. Seems hard to believe a year has passed since we introduced our readers of our US edition to TGOD as an investment opportunity – Canadian LP, Pre IPO Private Placement, niche (organic), and with first rate team at the helm.

TGOD: You’re not kidding! It’s incredible how fast this last year has flown by but the amount we have achieved is also incredible. I’ve been a part of a few start-ups before but this is by far the fastest moving, most exciting one. I feel like we’re just getting started too. 2018 is going to be the most exciting year for us yet as we have our planned IPO in March, the launch of two facilities, and recreational cannabis on the horizon.

CCIM: Thank you. Can you advise our readers of the targeted IPO date, exchange and symbol, and again targeting IPO share price?

TGOD: You bet. We’re on track to list in March. Our symbol will be TGOD and the IPO share price is difficult to say, there are so many things happening behind the scenes at the moment that could result in a number of significant valuation bumps.

CCIM: I have a feeling that the answer is quite literally in each word of the name of question I am about to ask … but what is the significance of the name “The Green Organic Dutchmen”?

TGOD: Thank you, I am partially proud of all our accomplishments but this industry is still in its infancy and there much more work to do and much more infrastructure to build.
