it is considered to be a buy signal, and vise versa when it crosses from positive to negative it is a sell signal. This is the way the Copp was intended to be used. However I find there is some value in identifying when the Copp starts to turn (or round if you will). I find this a good time to start focusing on the other indicators we have discussed and be prepared to make your next move. On the Copp curve you will notice that I have indicated where the curve has turned up.

I personally find this can be used as an aid to help find times to buy

when it turns up. Regardless if you choose to use this tool in its
