KG existing and wide-reaching pharmaceutical wholesale distribution network, which, according to their press release, is over 25,000 pharmacy locations across Europe.

Prior to being acquired by Aurora, MedReleaf Corp. entered into an agreement to become the largest supplier of medical cannabis products to Cannamedical Pharma GMBH, a leading medical cannabis distributor to pharmacies in Germany. The agreement is that they will provide Cannamedical with monthly exports of five of its premium strain varieties.

Aurora was in the final round of the original tender process for licensing in Germany, and intends to participate in the restarted process. This is part of the Company’s strategy to establish a strong and highly recognizable presence in key European
